Vialy Law represents employees whose rights have been violated in the workplace. We take on employers of all sizes and fight to hold companies accountable when they mistreat their employees.
About Vialy Law
Vialy Law is a plaintiff-side employment law firm representing employees throughout California. The firm was founded on a simple principle: employees deserve a strong advocate when their rights are violated, regardless of the size or resources of the company on the other side.
We represent employees in disputes involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and other unlawful workplace practices. We approach every matter with the goal of achieving the best possible result for the client—whether through negotiation, litigation, arbitration, or trial.
Vialy Law is selective about the matters it accepts so that every client receives direct attention from the attorney responsible for the case.

Alexander Vialy, Esq.
Founder & Attorney
Alexander Vialy is the founder of Vialy Law and an experienced employment litigator who represents employees in a wide range of workplace disputes, including discrimination and harassment claims under California law, wrongful termination actions, retaliation claims, and complex wage and hour matters. He has successfully guided cases from inception through discovery, motion practice, arbitration, and trial, and does not hesitate to take a case before a jury when necessary to pursue justice for his clients.
Alexander’s litigation experience is informed by a broad legal background. Before focusing his practice on representing employees, he practiced with a national law firm defending Fortune 500 companies in high-stakes insurance litigation. That experience gave him firsthand insight into how large companies and their legal teams evaluate, defend, and litigate significant claims—experience he now puts to work on behalf of employees.
Earlier in his career, Alexander also gained experience through judicial clerkships with judges across the country. Today, as the founder of Vialy Law, he takes a hands-on approach to every matter the firm accepts. He personally oversees case strategy and believes that careful preparation, aggressive advocacy, and a willingness to litigate when necessary are essential to achieving meaningful results.
Alexander is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA), an organization of attorneys dedicated to representing employees in employment disputes.
Outside the courtroom, Alexander enjoys hiking and reading about history, philosophy, art, and artificial intelligence.
